My friend, Cory {a fellow indie rock lover} introduced me to this weeks band, Ice Cream Shout. I loved what I heard. And the fact that this song is called Marianne {spelled the same as my name!} just makes it even more awesome. I've hear a lot of "Marianne" songs; More than a Feeling by Boston, Stupid Mary Ann by The Dead Milkmen and Sweet Marianne by Coldplay, but I think Ice Cream Shout's Marianne is now my favorite.
